About the Role ABFinance is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive US-based BD COE Management Trainee to support the development and operation of our business development organization. Key Responsibilities 1. BD Operations and Analytics Maintain BD pipelines, partner trackers, activity records, and performance dashboards. Collect and organize weekly data from regional and functional BD teams. Track partner outreach, qualification, onboarding, campaign execution, user acquisition, and conversion. Identify delayed follow-ups, missing information, and operational bottlenecks. Prepare weekly and monthly BD reports for management. 2. US Market and Partner Research Research potential US-based affiliates, creators, universities, professional associations, community organizations, and strategic partners. Map partnership and community opportunities across priority US cities and states. Research competitor campaigns, affiliate programs, incentive structures, and go-to-market strategies. Monitor relevant US fintech, digital asset, community, and partnership trends. Turn research findings into clear and actionable recommendations. 3. Process Development Help document and improve BD workflows, SOPs, templates, and approval processes. Support the standardization of partner outreach, qualification, onboarding, and campaign execution. Maintain an organized BD knowledge base. Identify repetitive or inefficient tasks and recommend process improvements. 4. Training and Enablement Prepare onboarding materials, pitch decks, playbooks, FAQs, and training resources. Coordinate internal BD training sessions and external affiliate training sessions. Collect recurring questions and feedback from BD team members. Convert successful BD cases into reusable templates and guidance. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Track deliverables, approvals, deadlines, and action items across teams. Help ensure partnership materials follow internal brand and compliance requirements. Support BD meetings, events, campaigns, and partnership follow-ups. Required Qualifications Must currently reside in the United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the Management Trainee period Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, trackers, and structured data. Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and international environment. Available to collaborate during agreed US working hours and attend occasional cross-time-zone meetings. Demonstrates ownership, reliability, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn. Interested in fintech, digital assets, business development, partnerships, or startup operations.
