Job Overview Responsible for AutoDoc's core business development and strategic partnerships in the Korean market, focusing on Web3 industry ecosystem integration and traditional automotive industry resource consolidation. You will act as the vital bridge connecting the local physical business world with the tech network, driving the high-quality execution of key partnership projects. Core Responsibilities Automotive Industry BD: Identify and sign key nodes in the Korean automotive aftermarket, such as auto insurance agencies, used car trading platforms, and OEM business departments. Advance the commercial piloting of AI diagnostic systems and data linkages. Web3 Ecosystem Expansion: Deeply penetrate the local Korean Web3 space. Establish strategic partnerships with top public chains, investment institutions, developer communities, and media. Lead BD, brand exposure, and thematic collaborations at top industry summits like KBW (Korea Blockchain Week). Full-Lifecycle Deal Management: Independently manage the closed-loop process from market scoping, business negotiation, and agreement architecture design to final delivery. Resolve complex B2B/B2B2C partnership challenges regarding profit distribution and compliance boundaries. Strategic Insights & Support: Regularly deliver regulatory updates (e.g., VASP policies, data compliance requirements) and competitor analysis reports concerning the Korean mobility industry and Web3 sector to provide strategic support for management decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of local BD or strategic partnership experience in Korea. Must have a proven track record of successful deal signings in the tech, Web3, or automotive aftermarket sectors. Native-level Korean business negotiation skills (Required) and fluent in Chinese (or English). Strong capabilities in high-efficiency pitch presentations, business reporting, and cross-institutional communication. Solid independent client acquisition skills. Able to efficiently drive business processes and adapt to a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment. Excellent commercial acumen and stress tolerance. Able to independently coordinate internal and external resources to advance complex projects. Bonus Points Strong existing network and resources with core decision-makers in the Korean automotive industry (OEMs, repair shop chains, auto insurance, etc.). Deep operational experience with top local Web3 summits like KBW and a rich network within the local crypto community. In-depth understanding of commercial application scenarios such as trusted data, AI tech implementation, or Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP). Background in pioneering business from 0 to 1 for multinational tech startups in the local Korean market.
