About the Role Senior architect for securities trading across the Hong Kong, US and A-share markets. You should bring deep experience designing trading systems for multiple securities markets, and be able to lead the design and delivery of a complete trading system end to end. What You'll Do Design and optimise securities trading systems across markets, meeting both regulatory requirements and business needs. Work with product, engineering and financial business teams to design trading requirements across asset classes, giving users a broad set of trading capabilities. Track industry developments and continuously improve the design of the trading system. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, finance, mathematics or a related field, with strong distributed backend architecture skills. 5+ years building securities trading systems, including hands-on design and optimisation of high-frequency trading systems. Strong communication skills and resilience under pressure, with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, financial business and compliance teams. Nice to Have Familiarity with US corporate actions, securities lending, options and futures. Deep understanding of international securities trading rules and the US SEC / FINRA regulatory framework. Professional certifications such as FINRA licences or CFA. Experience designing trading systems for multiple markets (e.g. Hong Kong, A-shares, Japan).
