About the Role CarHarbor is a Web3-powered digital car marketplace built by DeLorean Labs. As Team Lead, you will run the engineering squad end to end — from sprint planning through release — keeping the frontend, backend, and Web3 workstreams aligned with product milestones while maintaining a high quality bar and a healthy, shipping-focused team culture. What You'll Do Run day-to-day delivery: standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Assign clear ownership across frontend, backend, and Web3 tasks; remove blockers fast. Coordinate dependencies between UI, API, and on-chain work so handoffs stay smooth. Enforce PR review practices, coding standards, and release readiness checks. Mentor mid-level engineers and support onboarding and knowledge sharing. Translate engineering progress into clear updates for product and design stakeholders. What We're Looking For 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years leading an engineering squad. Hands-on experience shipping web products with React/TypeScript and Node.js. Proven ability to run agile delivery: sprints, estimation, and release cadence. Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable doing hands-on code review and jumping into implementation to unblock the team. Nice to Have Experience in marketplace, fintech, or transaction-heavy products. Familiarity with Web3 product delivery: wallet UX and API + chain integration timelines. Prior work with remote, distributed teams. Good to Know Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Full-time preferred; part-time possible for the right candidate.
