Take responsibility for the core numbers of the business and review them on a fixed cadence. Run the daily operating rhythm of the spot business, from planning through execution and follow-up. Use trading and user data to decide what to launch, what to expand and what to stop. Work with product, engineering and operations teams to turn strategy into shipped changes. Report business performance and strategic trade-offs to leadership, with the analysis behind each recommendation. What We're Looking For 5+ years in spot trading or spot business operations at a cryptocurrency exchange or a comparable trading venue. A track record of owning a business line rather than executing a plan set by someone else. Strong strategic judgment paired with hands-on data capability. You can pull the numbers, read them and act on them yourself. Working proficiency in English, spoken and written, as the working language of the role. Comfortable operating fully remote across time zones with a distributed team. Nice to Have Experience taking a business line from an early stage through a period of sustained growth. Familiarity with both centralised and decentralised trading products.
