Job Responsibilities 1. Overall Planning of the Automotive AI Ecosystem Products Responsible for the strategic planning and continuous iteration of the company's automotive AI ecosystem product matrix. Establish a unified product architecture, business processes, and user experience, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. 2. AI Agent Product Design Scenario-Based Design: Design AI Agent capabilities around core scenarios such as auto repair, aftermarket services, supply chain, and car owner services. Role-Based Workflows: Design business workflows for AI Agents tailored to different ecosystem roles (e.g., repair shops, technicians, OEMs, parts suppliers, and car owners). Agent Collaboration: Design collaboration mechanisms between Agents (Agent Workflow / Agent Swarm); drive the tangible implementation of AI capabilities into real industry scenarios, moving beyond mere functional features. 3. Official Website & Brand Product Experience Participate in the product planning for the AutoLinta and AutoDoc official websites. This includes information architecture, product narrative design, brand visual experience, user journey mapping, Web3 interactive experience, and AI product showcase formats—ultimately driving the brand website to become the cognitive gateway for the industry. 4. Web3 Product Design Participate in DApp product design, including: user wallet systems, data asset circulation, data authorization, data incentive mechanisms, decentralized ecosystem experiences, and on-chain identity systems, promoting the construction of a trusted data ecosystem. 5. Industry Research & Product Innovation Continuously research cutting-edge sectors: AI Agents, Automotive AI, Agent Economy, Web3, Digital Twins, Data Economy, DApps, and the Automotive Aftermarket. Analyze industry trends and translate new technologies into tangible product capabilities. Requirements Basic Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an Internet Product Manager; highly familiar with Web/App product design processes. Proficient in delivering PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), prototypes, and business flowcharts. Proficient in utilizing design tools such as Figma, Axure, and MockingBot. Exceptional logical thinking and product abstraction capabilities. Bonus Points (Preferred): Prior experience in the following areas is highly preferred: AI Products: LLMs, AI Agents, Multi-Agent systems, and Prompt Engineering. Web3 & Automotive Industry: Experience in Web3 products, the automotive sector, automotive aftermarket, repair management systems, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), OBD, ECU, or OEM digitalization. B2B Products: SaaS, CRM, ERP, and Supply Chain. Current or former Product Managers working specifically within the automotive aftermarket industry.
