What You'll Do Own growth operations for the platform, covering user acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation. Build the operating dashboard the business runs on, define the metrics that matter and hold teams to them. Design and run growth experiments, then decide from the results what gets scaled and what gets dropped. Coordinate execution across product, marketing, business operations and data teams, and remove the blockers between them. Turn recurring operational work into repeatable processes and documented playbooks the team can run without you. Deliver regular business reviews to leadership with the data and the reasoning behind each call. What We're Looking For 5+ years in growth operations at a blockchain exchange, with real experience inside the industry rather than adjacent to it. Strong data analysis skills. You are expected to break growth targets down yourself and defend the numbers you present. A track record of driving results through teams you do not manage directly. Fluent in both Chinese and English, spoken and written. Comfortable operating fully remote across time zones with a distributed team. Nice to Have Experience building an operations team or an operating process from scratch. Working knowledge of BI and analytics tooling.
