About the Role We are a global top-tier CEX (centralized cryptocurrency exchange) looking for a Chinese-speaking executive with deep knowledge of the US financial market and internet ecosystem. You should have 5+ years of hands-on experience running growth/operations in the US market, a sharp understanding of US user psychology and social-media growth playbooks, and business-negotiation-level English. This role reports directly to the CEO. Responsibilities User growth: own the US market acquisition strategy, including KOL matrix building, community operations (Twitter/Telegram, etc.), and online/offline brand campaigns; accountable for new trading users and trading volume Localized operations: shape localized product and operations strategies based on deep insight into US fintech trends, and grow the brand's influence within core US circles Business development: build strategic partnerships with US financial institutions, Web3 projects, and listed tech companies, establishing long-term ecosystem relationships Team management: build and manage the US-based operations/BD team from 0 to 1 (expected 10–20 people), coordinating mid- and back-office resources Requirements Chinese background, with both Chinese and English at business-negotiation level (direct communication with US partners and global leadership) 5+ years of hands-on US market experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role; independent P&L ownership preferred Deep understanding of the US fintech ecosystem and user behavior; well versed in growth playbooks across mainstream social platforms Extensive senior-level negotiation experience; able to independently lead partnership deals with US institutions and companies Strong cross-cultural communication and team management skills; comfortable with an intense, high-pressure startup pace Nice to Have Experience leading the US market for a CEX or crypto-finance company Background at a leading US finance or tech company
