Affiliate Business Development Manager
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Business Development Manager to grow our global affiliate ecosystem and establish long-term partnerships that drive sustainable user acquisition. You will identify, recruit, onboard, and enable high-quality affiliate partners—including KOLs, communities, educators, trading groups, media, agencies, and ecosystem partners. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations, you will develop scalable partnership strategies while ensuring all affiliate activities meet regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners across key global markets. Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow the affiliate ecosystem and drive user acquisition. Build long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring strong engagement, activation, and retention. Work closely with Marketing to launch campaigns, educational initiatives, and promotional activities. Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to improve affiliate experience and performance. Partner with Compliance to ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and recommend optimization strategies. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management, and regular business reporting. Represent ABFinance at conferences, community events, and industry networking opportunities. Continuously identify new partnership opportunities within the crypto, fintech, and digital finance ecosystem. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, or Growth. Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, payments, or Web3 industries. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, CPA, revenue sharing, and performance marketing. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple partnership pipelines simultaneously. Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and performance reporting.
