Responsibilities • 24/7 On-Chain Event Response & Deposit/Withdrawal Switch Control: Monitor major chains (BTC / ETH / BSC / TRON / Solana / Polygon / Arbitrum / Optimism / Base, etc.) for node upgrades, forks, RPC failures, wallet maintenance, and hot-wallet insufficiency. Execute coin/chain-level deposit/withdrawal halts, publish maintenance notices, and verify recovery with Double-Check and final sign-off; • Cross-Verification: Establish checks-and-balances with Wallet, Risk, and Treasury teams to prevent accidental or malicious halts; • On-Chain Incident Handling: Lead the handling of chain re-orgs, missing deposits, cross-chain mis-transfers, and delayed confirmations. Coordinate with CS, Risk, Wallet, and Finance to close the "diagnose → compensate → trace" loop; produce runbooks; • Deposit/Withdrawal CS Support: Using block explorers, internal wallet logs, and risk policies, deliver expert responses on dust attacks, decimal truncation, min-deposit thresholds, withdrawal limits, and KYC/AML investigations. Abstract recurring cases into systemic guardrails; • Listing Configuration & Site-Wide Operation: Own listing configuration (contract address, decimals, min deposit, fees, confirmations, hot/cold wallet whitelist, maintenance flags). Coordinate with Spot on list/de-list actions site-wide; • Process Standardization & Gap-Filling: Design platform-level solutions for long-standing pain points and drive cross-team process standardization. Bring a product mindset — benchmark deposit/withdrawal UX and produce actionable recommendations. Requirements • 3+ years in crypto-exchange / wallet / payment asset operations, deposit-withdrawal operations, or on-chain technical support; • Solid on-chain literacy: account vs. UTXO models, Gas / Nonce, confirmations and re-orgs, token decimals, dust attacks, native vs. smart-contract tokens (ERC-20 / TRC-20 / BEP-20 / SPL); • Proficient with block explorers to diagnose transaction states (Pending / Dropped / Replaced / Confirmed / Reorged); • Proven ability to sustain 24/7 on-call for on-chain anomalies with strong ownership and risk awareness — rigorous on high-risk operations; • Fluent written Chinese and English — able to handle ticket replies, cross-team collaboration, and documentation in both languages; • Hands-on with AI tools for log analysis, ticket drafting, and process documentation; • Strong abstraction & cross-team communication — able to independently lead process design and landing. Nice-to-Haves • Experience operating deposit / withdrawal / listing systems at a crypto exchange — hot-wallet / cold-wallet / sweep / payout flows; • Familiarity with compliance / AML / KYT tooling (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, Merkle Science, etc.); • Familiarity with Travel Rule, OFAC sanctions screening, and address-risk scoring policies; • Product mindset — competitor benchmarking experience (Binance / OKX / Bybit, etc.) with actionable recommendations; • Data analysis & reconciliation skills (SQL, etc.); • Cross-team process design & standardization experience.
