Responsibilities Be responsible for various risk audit work, conduct preliminary screening and audit release in strict accordance with the Audit Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), covering account security, fund security, compliance risk control, marketing risk control, chain risk control and other related directions. Be responsible for various abnormal monitoring work, through the operation of various security risk control monitoring reports and alarm information, strictly follow the Operation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and timely discover and take the lead in handling potential abnormal situations. Communicate efficiently with users, be responsible for collecting relevant user information, assist users in completing identity verification, information verification and other related operations, and improve user experience. Lead the audit team to carry out work, strictly implement various management systems, work standards and processes of the audit team, coordinate the daily operation of the team, guide team members to improve work ability, and ensure the achievement of various performance goals of the team. Requirements Have more than 2 years of work experience, with relevant risk audit work experience, have a certain sense of risk (Risk Sense) or relevant work experience in security risk control, and can accurately control audit risks. Able to adapt to the shift system, have strong team management ability and overall coordination ability, be good at leading the team to optimize work methods, improve work efficiency, have a strong sense of responsibility and courage to take responsibility.
