About the Role We are looking for a Banking Service Operations Specialist to join ABFinance. This role serves as the operational backbone of our banking service offering, responsible for managing banking partner integrations, local payment connectivity, and overall service performance. You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and business development, ensuring we deliver a stable, competitive, and scalable banking experience to our clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Banking Operations & Partner Management Manage day-to-day banking service operations, ensuring high availability and service quality Lead integration and ongoing management of banking partners, with a focus on U.S. banking relationships Oversee bank account services, utility banking, and clearing system integrations Coordinate local payment method integrations (e.g., ACH and other regional payment rails) 2. Service Performance & Quality Own operational performance metrics and service level targets Monitor service stability, uptime, and client-facing quality indicators Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure a stable and competitively priced banking service experience 3. Market Intelligence & Product Competitiveness Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark banking product offerings Translate market insights into actionable product and operational improvements Develop and execute strategies to enhance competitiveness and drive transaction volume 4. Business Development & Marketing Collaboration Develop strategies to drive user acquisition and transaction growth Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to improve engagement and adoption Identify opportunities to expand the banking service user base Requirements Experience 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services operations, or product operations Solid understanding of banking products, liquidity management, and compliance requirements Familiarity with clearing systems, local payment methods (e.g., ACH), and banking integrations Proven track record of strong operational performance and execution Knowledge Strong understanding of banking frameworks, liquidity structures, and regulatory requirements Familiarity with the U.S. market and user engagement strategies Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to guide decisions Soft Skills Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (especially with product and marketing teams) Structured thinker with the ability to execute both operational and strategic initiatives Fluent in English (written and spoken) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Nice to Have Experience in a crypto exchange or familiarity with crypto-related products Understanding of crypto-fiat payment flows and digital asset banking infrastructure Experience managing banking partnerships in the U.S. market
