BI Manager

Responsibilities Build the BI Function from the Ground Up Design and own ABFinance's Business Intelligence framework Establish company-wide KPI definitions and governance Build scalable reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards Create a single source of truth across products, growth, operations, and finance Business & Growth Analytics Analyze customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization Measure CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, cohort performance, and revenue contribution Support affiliate, referral, VIP, and institutional growth programs through data insights Identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies Executive Reporting & Decision Support Build management dashboards for executives and department leaders Provide strategic analysis on business performance and market trends Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations Support planning, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions Data Platform & Infrastructure Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve data quality and accessibility Drive BI platform selection, implementation, and optimization Develop scalable reporting architecture and self-service analytics capabilities Establish best practices for data governance and metric consistency Requirements Required 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields Experience building BI platforms, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting systems Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms Strong business acumen and ability to work directly with senior leadership Experience supporting growth, product, operations, or finance functions Preferred Experience in crypto, fintech, digital assets, payments, banking, or trading platforms Understanding of exchange metrics, wallet activity, transaction funnels, and user lifecycle analytics Experience building analytics functions in startups or high-growth companies Familiarity with Python, data modeling, and modern cloud data stacks Experience working across global teams
