Campus & Community BD Interns
About the Role We are hiring Campus & Community BD Interns around the US. You will directly work with the ABF BD team to implement ABF Go-to-Market strategy and achieve ABF's user acquisition on the ground You will have direct exposure to the senior management team, and ownership to drive ABF's growth from Day One. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to get real insights into the digital finance space which connects digital and traditional finance. Core Responsibilities Recruit US university campus ambassadors: hire campus lead/ambassadors at target universities - they will directly work on new user acquisition and represent ABF values to student communities and beyond. Recruit 5-10 campus ambassadors each month Build local community partnerships: build partnerships with student organisations (e.g. blockchain/fintech club, international student associations, etc.) and/or local community leaders in your city. At least establish 3 community partnerships every month Support the GTM plan execution: Plan and host 2-3 informal peer sharing sessions per month and support other GTM tasks as required Data track, report and collect feedback: closely monitor campus ambassador and community partnership's performance and provide improvement plans if needed; collect student feedback & user insights and provide to the product team We are open to applicants from both US local students and International students. Undergrad. and Master's students in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing and Computer Science (if interested in fintech/crypto) preferred Also open to applicants from MBA track and recent grad. (within 3 years of graduation) Connection to communities ABF serves; existing student network and campus or community leadership experience is a plus Strong communication skills in English, and multilingual abilities is a plus Comfortable with social media content creation
