Our flagship ecosystem combines a compliant, security-first crypto exchange serving both retail and institutional clients, alongside a Debit Card that enables everyday spending and smooth bridging between fiat and digital assets, supported by core capabilities such as spot trading and yield generation products. Role Overview The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will define and execute ABFinance’s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on the US market. This role is responsible for driving user growth, building a trusted brand, and establishing scalable marketing systems from the ground up. We are looking for a hands-on leader with deep experience in crypto or fintech, who can operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Positioning Define and execute ABFinance’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business and go-to-market priorities Build clear brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation in a competitive and regulated environment Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across key markets 2. Growth & Performance Marketing Own performance marketing across paid channels (digital, social, affiliates, SEO/SEM) Optimize acquisition funnels, CAC, and conversion rates Build scalable and efficient growth engines for both retail and institutional users 3. Brand & Trust Building Develop ABFinance’s brand from 0 to 1, with a strong focus on trust, security, and compliance Lead PR, communications, and narrative-building across key markets Ensure consistent and high-quality messaging across all channels 4. Community & Ecosystem Build and grow user communities across global markets, with initial focus on the US Lead KOL, influencer, and affiliate strategies Foster long-term engagement and advocacy within the ecosystem 5. Campaigns & GTM Execution Lead product launches, campaigns, and go-to-market execution Design and execute high-impact growth campaigns with clear ROI Ensure strong integration between product, marketing, and business teams 6. Team & Cross-functional Leadership Build and scale a lean, high-performing marketing team Work closely with Product, Compliance, BD, and Operations teams Establish a data-driven, execution-focused marketing culture Must-Have Requirements Proven experience leading marketing in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech companies Strong hands-on experience in growth and performance marketing Experience operating in early-stage or scaling environments (0→1 or 1→10) Deep understanding of user acquisition, funnels, and lifecycle growth Strong execution ability with a balance of strategy and hands-on involvement Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven experience driving growth in the US market Preferred Qualifications Experience building a brand in a regulated or compliance-driven environment Strong network in crypto, media, or growth ecosystems Experience across both brand and performance marketing Prior experience in exchanges, trading platforms, or financial products
