Role Overview Serving as the bridge between compliance and business for the Central-Hub team, responsible for aligning platform compliance requirements (KYC/AML/Travel Rule), defining business function templates and UX standards, and managing requirement prioritization. Must have hands-on compliance site-building experience with a technical background. Responsibilities • Translate KYC/AML/Travel Rule regulatory mandates into actionable technical proposals and product requirements; • Leverage compliance site-building experience to lead compliance function template design, ensuring the platform meets regulatory requirements; • Manage the requirements backlog, establish prioritization frameworks, and coordinate development resources; • Participate in architecture reviews, providing compliance-perspective recommendations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; • 5+ years of experience in product or technology roles within internet/fintech industry; • Must have compliance site-building experience at a crypto exchange or fintech platform, with familiarity in building compliance systems from scratch; • Deep understanding of core compliance frameworks (KYC/AML/Travel Rule) and their technical implementations; • Technical background in backend systems; able to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams; • Excellent cross-team communication and requirements management skills; • Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate seamlessly with teams and regulators. Nice-to-Haves • Experience building a compliance site from scratch; • Familiarity with compliance vendor ecosystem (Sumsub/Chainalysis/Elliptic, etc.); • Knowledge of VASP registration and financial license application processes.
