About the Role We are looking for an experienced fiat business leader to own and scale our end-to-end fiat operations — spanning on/off-ramp, banking services, card issuing, fiat currency pairs, fiat-related investment products, and B2B business lines. This role covers both retail and corporate segments and is critical to the company’s growth in bridging traditional finance and crypto. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership Lead all fiat-related business lines including fiat on-ramp, off-ramp, banking services, card issuing, fiat currency pair trading, fiat-related investment products, and B2B business Cover both retail and corporate business segments Design and own the business lifecycle roadmap and development strategies Design operation and pricing strategy to ensure product competitiveness in the market Product Structuring (Zero to One) Own end-to-end fiat product development from zero to one: structuring, framework design, implementation, and operations Define the product framework and ensure smooth operational rollout Performance & OKRs Be accountable for overall business performance and revenue targets Define team-level OKRs, cascade them across the organisation, and monitor execution Drive OKR reviews and ensure accountability at every level Team & Execution Lead and grow a cross-functional team spanning operations and product Expand business reach and partnerships to drive top-line growth Be responsible for the outcome and delivery quality of the entire team Qualifications & Requirements Must-Have 5+ years of experience in banking, payment, financial services, or fiat-related business Deep understanding of fiat product structuring, operations, go-to-market execution, and key performance levers Good understanding of US market fiat products and key competitors Strong background in financial products including fiat products and crypto trading products, with the ability to design and structure them Proven experience building fiat products from zero to one: structuring, framework design, and operational implementation Thorough understanding of the full fiat product lifecycle including KYC/KYB, AML compliance, product user journey, fiat business risk control, and treasury management Familiar with the pain points of fiat product management Data-sensitive with a strong grasp of key success metrics for fiat businesses Clear strategic thinking for zero-to-one fiat product development and growth Deep understanding of retail and B2B business models including fiat-related investment, broker services, and white label services; ability to structure product frameworks and strategies across these segments Nice-to-Have Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, or a related field Knowledge of card issuing end-to-end processes and operations Crypto-native background or experience working in a crypto exchange’s fiat division is a strong plus Experience operating across multiple geographies and regulatory environments Track record of building and scaling teams from scratch Proven track record of successful product go-to-market execution with measurable, data-backed outcomes
