Frontend Engineering Lead — US Based

Our vision is to create a seamless financial ecosystem where digital assets, traditional finance, and everyday money management come together in one platform. We are building a compliant, security-first infrastructure serving both retail and institutional users — including a crypto exchange, debit card, and yield-generating financial products. About the Role We are looking for a Frontend Engineering Lead to own and scale our front-end architecture and team across core financial products, including trading, wallets, onboarding, and account systems. This role requires both strong technical leadership and hands-on capability, with the ability to drive execution in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Lead frontend architecture and set technical standards across the team Drive delivery of key product areas such as trading flows and dashboards Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing frontend engineering team Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of frontend systems Requirements 6–10+ years of frontend development experience (React, JavaScript/TypeScript) Proven experience as a tech lead or engineering lead Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and scalability Experience building complex, data-intensive or real-time applications Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced environments Fluent in both English and Mandarin (required) Strong communication skills across global teams Based in the United States (New York preferred) Preferred Qualification Experience in crypto, trading platforms, or financial systems Familiarity with real-time data, trading flows, or low-latency UI Experience building systems from 0→1 in startup environments
