Responsibilities Risk Review Operations: Responsible for various risk review tasks; strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to conduct preliminary screening and review approvals. This covers areas including account security, fund security, compliance risk management, marketing risk management, and on-chain risk management. Anomaly Monitoring: Handle various anomaly monitoring tasks; utilize security and risk control monitoring reports and alerts. Strictly follow operational SOPs to promptly identify and report potential abnormalities. User Communication: Maintain highly efficient communication with users; collect relevant user documentation, assist users with identity verification, information updates, and other related operations to ensure the smooth processing of user requests. Requirements Experience & Mindset: 1+ years of work experience with a background in review/audit operations; strongly recognize the value of risk review work and be willing to fully commit to the risk control and review field. Skills & Adaptability: Adaptable to shift work schedules; demonstrate strong learning capabilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning; meticulous, rigorous, and highly responsible, with the ability to complete various review tasks efficiently.
