Go Backend Engineer — Transaction Core

Our flagship ecosystem combines a compliant, security-first crypto exchange serving both retail and institutional clients, alongside a Debit Card that enables everyday spending and smooth bridging between fiat and digital assets, supported by core capabilities such as spot trading and yield generation products. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain core cross-border payment systems, ensuring high availability and the security of the fund transfer pipeline. Translate business requirements into domain models and service designs; own end-to-end feature delivery from PRD to production. Drive continuous architecture improvements and lead resolution of technically complex challenges; participate in on-call rotation. Develop deep familiarity with the product workflow and leverage technology to accelerate business growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; proficient in Go; knowledge of Java or C++ is a plus. Solid computer science fundamentals with strong data structures and algorithm skills. Excellent system design capabilities; proficient in databases, networking, and caching; familiar with gRPC-based microservice architectures. Highly accountable, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective cross-team communication. Hands-on experience with high-availability, high-concurrency distributed systems — including service governance, stability engineering, and capacity planning — is strongly preferred. Background in finance, payments, or e-commerce core systems, and/or fluency in English communication, are considered a plus.
