Overview We are looking for a highly driven Management Trainee to join our Sales & Marketing team, with a strong focus on operations and execution. This is a high-intensity, execution-driven role. You will be expected to think with data, move fast, and translate insights into measurable user growth. This is not a coordination role — you will be directly involved in driving campaigns, optimizing conversion, and supporting core product growth. Core Focus Areas 1. Growth Campaign Execution & Optimization (Primary Focus) Execute growth campaigns for core spot products and initiatives Track performance closely (conversion, retention, engagement) and iterate rapidly Use data to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve campaign outcomes Ensure fast turnaround from idea → execution → measurable results 2. User Growth & Conversion Optimization (Secondary Focus) Design and optimize incentive mechanisms across the user lifecycle Improve key conversion touchpoints (onboarding, activation, trading, retention) Identify growth opportunities through user behavior and data insights Translate insights into actionable product or campaign improvements Additional Exposure (Learning Scope) 3. Cross-functional Campaign Launches Work closely with Product, Growth, Data, and Engineering teams Support the launch of campaigns for new listings, post-listing engagement, and ecosystem partnerships Help turn strategic ideas into executable plans 4. Asset Lifecycle & Operational Excellence Support end-to-end asset lifecycle: onboarding, listing, maintenance, and post-listing operations Improve SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures Contribute to operational efficiency, risk awareness, and execution quality Assist in handling urgent operational issues with speed and clarity What We Expect Strong interest in growth, operations, or product Strong understanding of the US Market is required Highly execution-driven with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-pressure environment Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into action Ownership mindset — able to drive tasks independently from start to finish Nice to Have Experience in crypto, trading, fintech, or high-growth startups Familiarity with user growth, campaign operations, or lifecycle management Experience with data tools, dashboards, or performance tracking
