Overview We are looking for a highly driven Management Trainee to join our Growth team and help scale ABF from 0 to 1. This is a high-ownership role, not a support function. You will be expected to execute fast, take initiative, and drive measurable outcomes across social media and growth initiatives, while gaining direct exposure to strategy and decision-making. Core Focus Areas 1. Social Media & Content Growth (Primary Focus) Own execution of social media initiatives across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Create and publish content that drives engagement, reach, and follower growth Manage content calendars and ensure consistent output Track performance and iterate based on data (views, engagement, conversion) 2. Partnerships & Influencer Growth (Secondary Focus) Work directly with affiliates, influencers, and partners to drive growth Execute co-marketing campaigns and track results Identify and test new collaboration opportunities that can scale user acquisition Additional Exposure (Learning Scope) 3. SEO & Content Visibility Support keyword research and content optimization Contribute to blog and landing page content for organic growth 4.
