Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven HR Operations professional to support and optimize the company’s day-to-day people operations processes. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth employee onboarding, documentation management, payroll coordination, HR systems maintenance, and cross-functional operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, process-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare employment documents, contracts, NDAs, and onboarding materials Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Track probation periods, contract renewals, and employee status changes HR Administration & Operations Support payroll preparation and monthly HR operations processes Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and employee data management Ensure HR documents and internal records remain organized and compliant Manage HR operational workflows and improve process efficiency Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Finance, IT, Legal, and Hiring Managers Support internal employee communication and policy implementation Assist in organizing internal meetings, onboarding sessions, and HR initiatives Compliance & Confidentiality Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations Ensure operational processes follow internal governance standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of HR Operations / HR Admin / People Operations experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and operational accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes is a plus Professional working proficiency in English & Mandarin
