About the Role This role sits at the intersection of fiat finance and crypto infrastructure. You will own the operational design and execution for investment and B2B service products — from building the model from scratch to driving revenue and user growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Fiat & Investment Product Operations Design and iterate on operation models and product frameworks for fiat-related and investment products Build revenue models and user incentive plans Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking 2. B2B Service Integration & Support Lead integration and support for B2B fiat services including: - Liquidity sharing / fiat-as-broker - Stablecoin project cooperation - Payment product outsourcing - Fiat earn product partnerships - White-label service integration Own integration plan design, product framework, and roadmap definition 3. Daily Operations & Performance Draft and maintain SOPs Design user incentive and affiliate programs to drive volume and revenue growth 4. Partner Management & Risk Control Manage relationships with ecosystem partners, banks, and financial institutions Navigate compliance requirements and risk control policies in regulated environments Requirements 4+ years of experience in banking or financial institutions, with solid understanding of investment products and banking services Experience with banking, investment products, or B2B financial services Proven track record in B2B business development, ecosystem partnerships, and cross-org collaboration Familiarity with end-to-end client onboarding flows Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field Strong ownership mindset — target-driven, problem-solver, collaborative Nice to Have Crypto industry experience — asset management, processing, crypto-native operations Familiarity with U.S. banking or investment product frameworks Proven experience building business models from scratch and setting up full business lines Track record of successful operational performance Data-sensitive mindset — able to interpret data signals and adjust product models or improve operational performance accordingly
