Java Backend Engineer — Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain core backend systems for deposit/withdrawal, user management, channel integration, and settlement, ensuring security and high availability. Understand business requirements, complete system design and implementation, and drive services to production. Continuously optimize system architecture, lead technical problem-solving, and participate in on-call rotation. Gain a thorough understanding of the product pipeline and drive business growth through technology. Requirements Solid Java development skills with the ability to independently design and develop core service modules. Familiar with common Java design patterns and able to apply them appropriately in real-world scenarios. Proficient in mainstream frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring MVC. Familiar with database principles and SQL optimization; proficient in caching (Redis) and message queuing (Kafka). Strong sense of product ownership, excellent communication skills, and effective team collaboration. Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
