Java Engineer — Payment Products

Job Responsibilities Lead the development of cross-border payment systems, including architecture design and performance optimization, ensuring high concurrency, reliability, and maintainability. Participate in the design and implementation of multiple subsystems within the international payment platform — including acquiring, checkout, channel integration, and reconciliation — ensuring each module is well-structured, extensible, and capable of supporting rapid business growth. Stay informed on trends and competitive dynamics in the crypto payment space; continuously improve product competitiveness and user experience. Requirements Solid experience with cross-border payment systems; hands-on development experience with core modules such as payment gateways, accounts, wallets, settlement, and checkout; familiarity with credit card processing, third-party wallets, and cross-border remittance. Familiarity with overseas banking clearing networks, system integration processes, interface specifications, and relevant international compliance requirements; practical experience is expected. Strong system design and coding capabilities; able to quickly diagnose and resolve issues in complex environments; strong learning agility with the ability to rapidly absorb new payment technologies and apply them in production. 5+ years of development experience in internet, finance, or e-commerce; proficiency in Go and/or Java; skilled in domain modeling approaches such as DDD. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, business, and channel teams; fluency in English is a plus. Strong technical risk awareness; proven experience in traffic hotspot management, monitoring and alerting systems, and stability engineering for high-traffic events.
