About the Role ABFinance is building the next generation of digital finance. We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Specialist to help expand our global partner ecosystem and support user growth through strategic partnerships. You will identify, approach, and onboard ecosystem partners—including crypto KOLs, trading communities, blockchain clubs, universities, event organizers, media partners, and other Web3 organizations. Working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations, you will help launch partnership initiatives that drive long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit potential partners across the crypto and fintech ecosystem, including: Crypto KOLs and influencers Trading communities Blockchain clubs and university organizations Event organizers and conference partners Web3 communities Media partners Ecosystem projects and developer communities Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, email, and other communication channels. Schedule meetings, present partnership opportunities, and support negotiations with prospective partners. Assist with partner onboarding, activation, and campaign execution. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure continuous engagement. Coordinate with Marketing to launch campaigns, events, educational initiatives, and community activities. Work closely with Compliance to ensure partnership activities comply with company policies. Maintain accurate CRM records, partnership pipeline, and weekly business reports. Represent ABFinance at online and offline events, meetups, hackathons, and conferences. Continuously research industry trends, competitors, and emerging partnership opportunities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Community, Marketing, or Sales. Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or digital finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable reaching out to new people and building professional relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in crypto, fintech, Web3, student organizations, or startup environments. Familiarity with crypto communities such as X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Existing connections with KOLs, blockchain clubs, universities, or trading communities. Experience organizing community events or partnerships.
