Junior Product Designer (Product UX/UI)

About the role We are looking for a Junior Product Designer who can support product design across UI/UX and visual design. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working in startup environments, enjoys building products quickly, and is comfortable contributing to both product interfaces and visual assets. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and the Design team to help deliver intuitive product experiences and support visual and brand design needs. What you’ll be doing Design UI and UX for product features across web and mobile platforms Support the creation and maintenance of the product design system Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver product features Assist with visual design and graphics for product, marketing, and social media when needed Help ensure visual consistency across the product and brand touchpoints Work in Figma to produce production-ready designs Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Design Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments Strong skills in UI design, UX flows, and interaction design Experience with Figma and modern design tools Basic graphic design skills (illustrations, marketing visuals, social assets, etc.) Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Nice to have Experience designing fintech, crypto, or financial products Familiarity with design systems Basic knowledge of front-end constraints or product development Experience creating assets for social media or marketing
