Key Responsibilities Oversee project governance and execution of strategic initiatives within the Legal Department, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Establish and maintain project management frameworks, workflows, and reporting structures to support Legal Department operations. Track project milestones, deliverables, and objectives, ensuring timely completion and transparency across stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Legal, Compliance, Product, Finance, Security, and Technology teams to ensure smooth implementation. Drive implementation and improvement of legal tools, workflows, and dashboards. Streamline communication and escalation channels to ensure efficient decision-making and issue resolution. Qualifications & Key Skills Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. Experience in project management or legal operations within financial services, fintech, crypto, or regulated environments. Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, able to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights. Experience in designing workflows, dashboards, or operational frameworks is a plus. Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
