Liquidity Management Product Manager

Their flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange building trading tools for both retail and institutional clients—including spot trading and yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. Responsibilities Take full ownership of platform-wide liquidity strategy development and policy formulation Build and maintain a core liquidity and fee monitoring system, enabling regular analysis and strategy iteration Lead the design and execution of key mechanisms such as liquidity segmentation, toxicity analytics, and fee structure optimization Propose and implement dynamic fee and liquidity adjustments in response to market conditions or business needs When necessary, interface directly with institutional clients to explain strategies, collect feedback, and align on execution Requirements 3+ years of strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel; prior experience in quantitative trading is a strong plus Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with global institutional clients Excellent cross-functional collaboration capabilities to align with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams Able to translate complex liquidity strategies into actionable product requirement documents (PRDs) and lead project implementation Familiarity with crypto market structure, market-making mechanics, and API trading is preferred
