People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist

As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our growing US team. This role combines Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, ensuring an exceptional employee experience from hiring through onboarding and day-to-day people operations. What You'll Do 1. Talent Acquisition Own the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based positions. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for high-quality candidates. Manage candidate communication and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment efficiency. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. 2. HR Operations Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support employment contracts, background checks, and onboarding compliance. Coordinate with payroll, immigration, employment partners (e.g. Multiplier), and external vendors. Ensure HR processes comply with US employment regulations and internal policies. Support HR systems, documentation, and process improvements. 3. People Operations Improve employee onboarding experience and HR workflows. Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and operational documentation. Support employee engagement initiatives. Partner with managers to resolve day-to-day people operations issues. Assist with organizational planning and workforce administration. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Hiring Managers on recruitment planning. Work closely with Finance on payroll and contractor administration. Coordinate with Legal and external employment partners on compliance matters. Collaborate with leadership to improve organizational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or People Operations. Experience supporting US employees or contractors. Strong understanding of US hiring processes and employment practices. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal English communication. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
