Product Manager (Channel & Infrastructure)

Our flagship ecosystem combines a compliant, security-first crypto exchange serving both retail and institutional clients, alongside a Debit Card that enables everyday spending and smooth bridging between fiat and digital assets, supported by core capabilities such as spot trading and yield generation products. Responsibilities Platform & Infrastructure Design Design and evolve reusable payment infrastructure: user account & bank linking, channel routing and fallback logic, refund & return management, error code and incident management frameworks Define standardized APIs, robust state machines, and clear error handling and recovery paths Own the integration lifecycle for third-party providers (banks, processors, PSPs) — from technical spec to production US Banking & Payment Rails Integration Evaluate, integrate, and optimize US payment rails including ACH (debit & credit), Wire (Fedwire / SWIFT), and US card networks Owning the end-to-end integration lifecycle with banks and processors — covering payment routing, ledger & reconciliation, idempotency & callback handling, state machines, error code taxonomy, and retry strategies Drive production readiness: sandbox testing, real-money validation, phased rollouts, and success rate / failure pattern monitoring Requirements 3–6 years of product experience in payment platforms, infrastructure, or API-facing products Strong grasp of bank/processor/PSP integrations; able to design standardized APIs, state machines, and error handling strategies Comfortable working in the details with engineering: edge cases, failure modes, retry logic, idempotency Experience with observability, incident management, and operational tooling is a plus Strong sense of ownership; proactively identifies gaps and drives execution to full closure Able to balance business growth, user experience, and regulatory constraints Fluent English; capable of leading technical discussions and producing structured documentation
