QA Engineering Lead — US Base

We are building a compliant, security-first infrastructure serving both retail and institutional users — including a crypto exchange, debit card, and yield-generating financial products. About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineering Lead to own and scale quality assurance across our core financial systems. This role goes beyond execution — you will define QA strategy, ensure release quality, and build a strong QA function in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Define QA strategy, standards, and release criteria Own overall product quality and release readiness Drive testing approach across UI, API, and backend systems Build and scale automation and quality processes Lead and mentor the QA team Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams Requirements 5–10+ years of QA / testing experience, with leadership experience Strong understanding of testing strategy, risk management, and system quality Hands-on experience with automation and backend/API testing Familiar with modern QA tooling and CI/CD environments Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive decisions in fast-paced environments Fluent in both English and Mandarin (required) Based in the United States (New York is a strong plus) Preferred Qualifications Experience in crypto / trading / fintech / payment systems Experience building QA systems from 0→1 in startup environments
