Responsibilities: · Build, migrate, maintain, and continuously optimize automation testing frameworks to ensure stability, maintainability, and scalability. · Build foundational automation regression capabilities, including reusable components, API abstractions, data validation, asynchronous result checks, test reporting, task scheduling, and CI/CD integration, enabling business QA teams to continuously add module-specific automation cases. · Drive the adoption of automated testing in CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates to improve regression efficiency and release quality control. · Build performance testing, stability testing, and chaos testing capabilities to validate system behavior under high concurrency, high load, abnormal dependencies, and service degradation scenarios. · Build, migrate, and implement internal test data tools and quality platform capabilities to support business QA teams with test data preparation, environment configuration, and tool usage. · Explore and build AI-assisted testing capabilities, including PRD/TRD-based test analysis, test case generation assistance, automation code generation assistance, defect analysis assistance, test report summarization, and testing efficiency tools. · Support business QA teams in improving test engineering capabilities by providing framework support, tool training, technical guidance, and best practice documentation. · Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and relevant platform teams to continuously improve testing frameworks, test environments, test data, and quality platform capabilities. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. · 5+ years of experience in SDET, quality platform engineering, test development, or automation engineering. · Strong engineering capability, with the ability to independently design, develop, migrate, and extend shared automation testing frameworks with good code quality, abstraction ability, and architectural thinking. · Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript, with experience building complex testing tools or testing frameworks. · Familiar with API automation, data validation, asynchronous task validation, test data management, and test report generation. · Hands-on experience with performance or stability testing, familiar with at least one tool such as k6, JMeter, or Locust. · Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, test task scheduling, and automated regression systems. · Ability to understand testing challenges in complex distributed systems, including message queues, caching, event-driven architecture, service dependencies, degradation, and data consistency. · Able to effectively use AI tools to improve test engineering efficiency, including automation code generation assistance, test framework optimization, test data generation, log analysis, defect analysis, and test report summarization. · Fluent in Mandarin for daily collaboration, technical communication, and tool training. Nice to Have: · Experience with chaos engineering tools, stability platforms, or failure drill platforms. · Experience building AI / LLM-based testing tools, automated test case generation tools, defect analysis tools, testing knowledge bases, or quality efficiency platforms. · Experience with large-scale automation framework migration, test platform development, or quality engineering implementation. · Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency exchanges, payments, wallets, risk control, compliance, or other regulated domains. · Experience with DevOps, observability platforms, test environment governance, or test data platforms. · English communication capability, including reading technical documentation or participating in cross-team collaboration.
