R&D Engineer (Rust Role)

Our flagship ecosystem combines a compliant, security-first crypto exchange serving both retail and institutional clients, alongside a Debit Card that enables everyday spending and smooth bridging between fiat and digital assets, supported by core capabilities such as spot trading and yield generation products. Responsibilities: System Design and Development: Use Rust to design and develop core wallet modules. Partners with experience in other backend languages who are transitioning to Rust development are also accepted. Optimize the existing system architecture to improve system performance and stability. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and security. In-Memory System Development: Design and implement efficient in-memory systems to improve system throughput, latency, and robustness. Integrate with various chains for scenarios such as transfers, rollbacks, transaction signing, broadcasting, and various related external systems. Implement and strengthen system and fund security to safeguard users’ and the company’s crypto assets. Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with team members to drive project progress. Share technical experience to help the team improve its technical capabilities. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: More than 3 years of backend development experience, with a solid foundation in computer science. Rust development experience, or experience in similar languages such as C/C++ or Go, and willingness to learn Rust. Familiar with multithreading and concurrent programming, with experience in high-performance, financial-grade system development. Bonus Points: Experience in blockchain wallet or similar financial system development. Familiar with various on-chain/off-chain cryptographic algorithms, able to participate in security audits and identify and fix potential security vulnerabilities. Personal Qualities: Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit. Strong passion for technology, willing to continuously learn and explore new technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to independently undertake complex tasks.
