Risk Control Review Team Lead

Responsibilities Risk Review Operations: Responsible for various risk review tasks; strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to conduct preliminary screening and review approvals. This covers areas including account security, fund security, compliance risk management, marketing risk management, and on-chain risk management. Anomaly Monitoring: Manage various anomaly monitoring tasks; utilize security and risk control monitoring reports and alerts. Strictly follow SOPs to promptly identify potential abnormalities and take the lead in handling them. User Communication: Maintain highly efficient communication with users; collect relevant user documentation, assist users with identity verification (KYC) and information validation, and continuously improve the overall user experience. Team Leadership: Lead the review team by strictly implementing management policies, work standards, and operational processes; oversee the team's daily operations, mentor team members to enhance their professional capabilities, and ensure the successful achievement of all team performance targets. Requirements Experience & Skills: 2+ years of work experience with a proven background in risk review. Must possess a strong "Risk Sense" or relevant experience in security and risk management, with the ability to accurately identify and control review risks. Management & Adaptability: Adaptable to shift work schedules; demonstrate strong team management and coordination skills; adept at leading the team to optimize working methods and improve overall efficiency; highly responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
