About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead our performance-driven growth initiatives. This role will focus on paid acquisition, SEO, and data-driven marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to scale user acquisition and drive revenue growth, particularly in a fast-paced fintech / crypto environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing Own and execute paid media strategies across channels (Google Ads, Meta, Twitter/X, affiliates, etc.) Optimize campaigns based on ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics Continuously test, iterate, and scale high-performing campaigns 2. SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth Conduct keyword research, content planning, and on-page optimization Collaborate with content and product teams to improve search visibility and ranking 3. Growth & Revenue Focus Drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion across the funnel Work closely with the sales team to support revenue-generating initiatives Identify new growth channels and opportunities 4. Data & Analytics Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing platforms Build dashboards and provide actionable insights Make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and scale 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align on growth priorities Work with design and content teams to optimize creatives and messaging Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when needed Requirements 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth / digital marketing Strong hands-on experience in paid media (Google, Meta, etc.) and SEO Proven track record of driving measurable growth (traffic, users, revenue) Experience in fintech, crypto, trading, or high-growth tech companies preferred Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
