Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. We are looking for a performance-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist (SEO & Paid Media) to drive user acquisition and conversion through organic and paid channels. This role focuses on building scalable traffic engines, optimizing conversion funnels, and delivering measurable growth in user onboarding and trading activity. Responsibilities Own and scale SEO and paid media channels (Google, Meta, X, FB, affiliates, etc.) to drive user acquisition and platform growth Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns, with clear ownership of traffic quality, conversion, and ROI Optimize end-to-end user funnels (landing → sign-up → KYC → deposit → trading) to improve conversion and user activation Manage campaign setup, tracking, and budget allocation, continuously optimizing performance based on data and insights Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO improvements to strengthen organic growth Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to improve landing pages, user journeys, and campaign performance Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, or paid media within crypto, fintech, or digital platforms Proven track record in driving user acquisition and conversion through SEO and paid channels Strong understanding of growth funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV) Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and SEO tools (e.g., GA, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills Strong execution capability and ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
