Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. We are looking for a high-impact Sales & Marketing Specialist (Spot & B2B BD) to drive spot trading growth and expand B2B partnerships at ABFinance. This role focuses on client acquisition, liquidity growth, and strategic partnerships, with clear ownership of trading volume and revenue contribution. Responsibilities Drive spot trading growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients, including trading firms, brokers, liquidity providers, and institutional partners Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand trading activity, liquidity, and market presence Own client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing engagement to increase trading volume and retention Design and execute go-to-market and partnership strategies to promote spot products and drive adoption Collaborate with product and trading teams to optimize pricing, liquidity, and execution experience Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs, providing insights to improve product and growth strategy Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles within crypto exchanges, brokerages, or financial institutions Strong understanding of spot trading, liquidity dynamics, and market structure Proven track record in driving trading volume, partnerships, or revenue growth Existing network of trading firms, brokers, or institutional clients is highly preferred Strong negotiation, relationship management, and execution capabilities Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
