Senior Product Designer

About the role We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can establish the foundation of our product design and brand identity from the ground up. This role combines product UX/UI, brand design, and design systems. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define how our product looks, feels, and communicates with users. You will be responsible for shaping the visual identity, product design language, and scalable design system that will support the evolution of our platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building design foundations in early-stage products and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution. What you’ll be doing Product Design Design intuitive and high-quality user experiences across web and mobile products Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product requirements into elegant design solutions Ensure consistency and usability across all product surfaces Brand & Visual Identity Define and evolve the company’s visual brand identity Establish brand guidelines including typography, color systems, iconography, and design language Ensure consistent application of brand across product, marketing, and communication materials Design Systems Build and maintain a scalable design system Define reusable UI components and patterns in Figma Collaborate with engineering to align design components with front-end implementation Ensure consistency across different product features and teams Cross-functional collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive user experiences Communicate design rationale clearly and influence product decisions Help build a strong design culture within the company What you'll need 6–10+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design Experience designing end-to-end product experiences for web and mobile Proven experience building or contributing to a design system Strong visual design and brand identity skills Advanced proficiency in Figma Experience working closely with product and engineering teams Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting design decisions Nice to have Experience designing for fintech / crypto / trading platforms Experience establishing brand identity from scratch Familiarity with design tokens and component-based systems Experience collaborating with front-end engineers on scalable UI systems
