Operation Lead

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven operator to support growth across multiple core products within the ABFinance ecosystem. This role is not limited to Spot — you will work across trading, campaigns, and product growth initiatives, driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion through structured operations and data-driven execution. Job Responsibilities 1. Multi-Product Operations Support operational strategies across multiple products (e.g. Spot, Earn, Card, Fiat and Payment) Continuously optimize user experience, engagement, and performance across different product lines Build and refine scalable operational frameworks to support growth 2. Growth Campaign Execution Plan and execute campaigns such as Launchpool, Launchpad, Trade-to-Earn, Deposit-to-Earn, and other growth initiatives Monitor performance metrics closely and iterate based on data insights Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through campaign operations 3. Asset & Listing Operations Support new listings and post-listing growth strategies Design and execute engagement mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user participation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth launch and lifecycle management of assets 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Marketing, Trading, and Partnerships teams Ensure strong execution and alignment across teams Act as a key operator to bridge strategy and execution Requirements Experience with exchange platforms or trading products Familiarity with growth mechanics such as incentives, liquidity, or user lifecycle Strong hands-on execution ability — able to move fast and deliver results Experience in campaign operations, product operations, or growth operations Data-driven, with strong awareness of performance metrics (e.g. conversion, retention, ROI) Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
