About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our rapid growth, particularly in the US market. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across functions. End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements Drive efficient and high-quality hiring processes 2. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and other channels Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for US-based roles Engage both active and passive candidates 3. Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership Provide market insights, hiring trends, and candidate feedback Ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines 4. Candidate Experience Deliver a strong and professional candidate experience throughout the process Communicate clearly and proactively with candidates Represent ABFinance’s brand and culture 5. Process Optimization Improve recruitment workflows and efficiency Track and analyze hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, conversion rates) Collaborate with HR and operations to refine hiring processes Requirements 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency) Strong experience hiring for US market roles preferred Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech companies is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong sourcing capability and ability to identify top talent Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously Nice to Have Experience hiring for technical, compliance, or trading-related roles Familiarity with US hiring practices and compensation benchmarks Experience working in a global or remote team
