About the Role As the most senior operational hire in the Treasury team, you will serve as both a hands-on contributor and team lead. You will set the operational standards for the entire treasury function, provide backup coverage across all treasury sub-functions, and play a critical role in launching ABF's fiat financial infrastructure — with a primary focus on the US market. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day treasury operations across settlement, reconciliation, bookkeeping, and cash management; serve as backup across all sub-functions Own the end-to-end fund flow design and operational execution for US banking partners and payment channels, including ACH, wire transfers, and domestic clearing systems, acquiring payment Coordinate with US banking partners to ensure fund availability, timely settlement, and operational continuity Build and maintain treasury operational SOPs, escalation playbooks, and audit trails in compliance with US regulatory requirements (FinCEN, MSB, state-level money transmission rules) Manage team priorities, coordinate workload across treasury sub-functions, and mentor junior team members Partner with the CFO and finance leadership on cash positioning, fund allocation, and working capital optimization Support internal and external audits; ensure all treasury activities are properly documented and reconciled Requirements 6+ years of experience in treasury operations, financial operations, or payments, preferably in fintech or crypto Strong understanding of US payment infrastructure (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, domestic clearing) Experience managing banking relationships and operating under US financial regulations Proven team lead or management experience High attention to detail; able to build and maintain robust controls in a fast-moving environment Excellent communication skills; fluent in English
