Wallet Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Wallet Manager to lead the wallet engineering team and drive the development, stability, and security of our wallet infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, deep understanding of exchange business workflows, and hands-on experience with wallet systems in the crypto industry. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, execution-oriented, and passionate about blockchain technology and digital assets. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Wallet Engineering Team, driving technical direction, execution, and team collaboration; Design, optimize, and maintain wallet infrastructure and related systems to ensure high availability, security, and scalability; Collaborate closely with Security, Trading, Risk Control, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to support business growth and operational stability; Participate in architecture design, technical decision-making, and system optimization for wallet-related services; Ensure the stability and security of hot wallet, cold wallet, deposit, withdrawal, and blockchain interaction systems; Continuously improve operational efficiency, monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities; Research blockchain technologies and industry trends, and contribute to the evolution of wallet infrastructure and security best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; 10+ years of software development experience, with strong engineering fundamentals; Familiar with exchange-related business and wallet systems; Experience working in regulated or compliance-oriented exchange environments is preferred; Strong interest and passion for blockchain technology and the crypto industry; Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with clear logical thinking and problem-solving ability; Self-driven learner with strong research capability and a collaborative mindset; Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in blockchain, crypto exchange, or Web3-related industries is highly preferred; Experience managing wallet infrastructure, blockchain integration, or custody-related systems is a strong plus; Familiarity with wallet security architecture, private key management, and blockchain operational workflows is preferred.
