Our flagship ecosystem combines a compliant, security-first crypto exchange serving both retail and institutional clients, alongside a Debit Card that enables everyday spending and smooth bridging between fiat and digital assets, supported by core capabilities such as spot trading and yield generation products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coin and chain management, including new token configuration, risk identification, token delisting, and other related work; 2. Deposit and withdrawal management, including suspending and resuming deposits, network congestion management, network confirmations, address and memo format, etc.; 3. Wallet balance and fee management, including wallet balance replenishment, fee revenue monitoring and adjustment, etc.; 4. Operations and maintenance tool development, including data analytics dashboards, operations backend tools, monitoring and alerts, etc.; 5. Operations status diagnosis, including daily and weekly reports and other data analysis reports; 6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement strong security measures to protect the security of digital assets and user information; 7. Meet business needs by providing comprehensive solutions. Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, information technology, or other related fields, with 3-7 years of relevant work experience; 2. In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web 3 projects; 3. Practical operational experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and trading platforms; 4. Proven experience in managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols; 5. Familiar with relevant regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrency and digital assets; 6. Excellent logical thinking ability, communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong learning ability; 7. Responsible, self-motivated, and strong ability to work under pressure; 8. Fluent in English.
