AI Full-Stack Development Intern — AI + OA

Responsibilities Design Agent workflows for scenarios such as recruitment screening, approval processes, and internal business automation. Break down business logic into task chains that AI Agents can understand and execute. Use tools such as Cursor and Windsurf for full-cycle AI-assisted development. Explore how LLMs can optimize approval workflows and upgrade the experience from manual form filling to AI-assisted pre-review and decision support. Build and iterate practical AI-driven OA solutions with strong engineering usability. Requirements Strong AI-native mindset and strong belief in AI-first workflows. Must be based in Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or able to work onsite in Guangzhou / Shenzhen according to team requirements. Skilled at using prompts, rules, or configuration files such as CLAUDE.md to guide AI tools effectively. Strong logical thinking and ability to decompose complex approval logic into inputs, outputs, and intermediate states. Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and basic web development. Familiar with Go, Node.js, or other backend/frontend languages. Able to understand frontend-backend interaction and correct AI-generated code output. Nice to Have Experience building AI Agent workflows or automation tools. Familiarity with Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI development tools. Interest in OA systems, workflow engines, business process automation, or enterprise productivity tools.
