AI Full-Stack Development Intern — FinTech

Responsibilities Participate in building intelligent monitoring agents that can detect system pressure, analyze anomalies, and generate real-time alerts. Explore the use of Agents to replace repetitive operations tasks and enable self-healing workflows. Use AI tools such as Cursor and Windsurf to rapidly iterate financial data dashboards and backend APIs. Maintain AI rule files such as CLAUDE.md and summarize prompt patterns for financial business scenarios. Improve engineering documentation and knowledge accumulation for better human-AI collaboration. Requirements Must be based in Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or able to work onsite in Guangzhou / Shenzhen according to team requirements. AI-first mindset and ability to guide AI tools with clear logic before generating code. Solid programming foundation and strong data sensitivity. Able to evaluate the logic, performance, and reliability of AI-generated code. Strong self-learning ability and willingness to quickly learn new stacks such as Go, Rust, or vector databases. Strong awareness of data consistency, system stability, and security in financial scenarios. Nice to Have Experience with financial systems, monitoring platforms, data dashboards, or backend APIs. Familiarity with AI coding tools, LLM workflows, or Agent-based automation. Interest in FinTech, trading systems, risk control, or system reliability.
