AIOps Operations Development Intern

Responsibilities Support daily system operations, including server management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Research AIOps technologies and participate in platform construction and maintenance. Develop automation tools to improve operational efficiency and response speed. Write and maintain operations and development documentation. Support desktop operations, electronic device management, and internal IT support tasks. Requirements Must be based in Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or able to work onsite in Shenzhen according to team requirements. Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Basic understanding of system operations and maintenance. Passionate about using AI tools to solve practical problems. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow up on operational tasks. Nice to Have Experience in operations automation, DevOps, or related internships. Familiarity with AI tools / platforms and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. Knowledge of machine learning or data analysis. Open-source project experience or cloud service usage experience.
