Marketing Intern(Baltics)

Responsibilities Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials; Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages); Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.); Assist with community growth Assist with MKT Campaigns executions; Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics; Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution. Requirements Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); at least basic user of any crypto platforms; Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; Bilingual English/Latvian Russian is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
