Web3 Product Manager

Description You will own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features. You will conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily to understand their setups and frustrations. You will write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and ship end-to-end with engineering and design. You will make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols based on usage data. You will facilitate coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations. You will represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences. Requirements 8+ years in product management, ideally in payments e-commerce or fintech Track record of shipping products with real adoption Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones Practical experience with DeFi including vaults collateralized positions bridging and gas dynamics Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile Ability to decompose large problems into shippable increments Skill in facilitating alignment across engineering design and business functions Clear written communication for specifications decision documents and async updates Experience using AI for drafting specifications building quick prototypes and improving written communication Ability to close the gap between product thinking and technical implementation Skepticism toward hype and curiosity toward actual usage patterns Preference for shipping small things that work and comfort with ambiguity Responsibilities Own product discovery planning and delivery for crypto-native features Conduct direct user research with daily crypto spenders to understand setups workarounds and frustrations Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria Manage the backlog and ship end-to-end with engineering and design Decide integrations with chains wallets and protocols based on usage data Facilitate cross-functional coordination with compliance marketing support and operations Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences Benefits Remote-first work with flexible working Regular gatherings meetups and conferences
